Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to pick a plan right away?
- No. Basic starts as a free trial with no card, and you subscribe when you are ready. Every plan is monthly. Pro and Premium are agreed with the EYBA team: press Talk to us in your account settings and the team sets up the larger plan with you.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. To move up to Pro or Premium, talk to the EYBA team and they set it up with you. Updating your card, downloading invoices and ending a Basic plan happen on Stripe's own page, which Manage billing in your account settings opens for you.
